Will moving fallout 4 from external hard drive to internal storage on series X uninstall my mods?

Started playing 4 again and only after downloading all my mods and sorting my load order did I realise I had it installed on my old gen hard drive so it won’t get any performance boost, not to mention the next gen update coming in the near future. Does anyone know if moving the game to my internal storage will mess with my mods?
