Recently watched Oxhorns latest video at the time I posted this and I said the same thing there. But I’m going to be honest I think the whole vault thing is a ploy, a ruse they’ll use for a hard ass decision later. They’re trying to make us absolutely hate them (though I think they’re all human scum) and it’s my personal theory they’re going to make the next fallout game have them as the good ending people or have a situation where we have to do something almost as bad as VT or go with their side and feel like complete crap. I just love this idea because if you think about it they’ve been building up the hate for this group since forever for some reason and it’s likely it’s because they’re planning to make them a faction in the next game or major 76 DLC. Making them a better and more overall positive group would really throw characters off and truly make a moral question for the player of whether or. Or what they were doing was right. I haven’t seen that kind of decision making since the original two where you could practically condemn places and or people to death in those games. TBH that also makes tons of sense to me and just shows how dedicated they are to making the lore and the situations of their games and would really be impressive since theyve been doing this for years. But again it’s just a theory.
