Can anyone please guide me to the right starting S.P.E.C.I.A.L for robotics, energy weapons, building settlements, being able to chat, and using power armor?

I ask because I’m very confused about what perks I need and what S.P.E.C.I.AL I should be starting with etc etc.

I’ve tried watching YouTube and Googling for guidance but am afraid to mess something up. I’ve had the game since release day and still haven’t played it because I don’t know enough about how to allocate points and such.

It’s this same way with Skyrim. I’m still only in the beginning of that game and feel like I don’t know enough to progress and allocate what I need to.

Anyway I’m finally ready to jump all into Fallout 4 after playing Fallout 76 for the last few months. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated so that I’ve got something to read and follow as I go along.
