I’ve tried everything and mods aren’t working

I’ve legit tried everything like manually downloading them, using nexus, re downloading all the mods, changing the ini files, redownloading fallout 4 and it’s really annoying cause everyone is having fun with mods but I’m stuck with no mods. I do have some mods from Bethesda net. Any help would be appreciated
