Has anyone tried Achievements Mods Enabler

Hey there,
I wanted to install a few non-game changing mods. Mostly things like a journal and some other minor changes.
I know I will want to use more mods later (I modded all the other ames to hell and back).
Will this 'unblocker' conflict with any other mods? It says it patches the .exe during use
