When you go to the town Covenant, near the Rotten Landfill, a guy out front tells you you have to take a "SAFE Test" to gain access to the town. When you sit down to take the test, he asks you the same questions from Fallout 3's GOAT Test, except a few minor details have been changed to fit the setting. I thought this was a nice little throwback. Put a smile on my face.
