Weapon disappearing glitch???

My weapons are.. gone.. Plasma Defender Fully modded, Sprtel-Wood 9700, Multiplas rifle (think thats what it's called).
Is this a normal glitch? I did the Gomorrah questline and went to mod the sprtel and noticed I only had the MF breeder from the Dino giftshop..
Can I do anything to get my weapons back? I'm on PC.
