HELP can't launch fallout 3 or NV from steam.

I tried all day yesterday even tried using vortex to install an anti crash mod for NV. Both games have ran for several hours on several occasions. Falloutc4 and 2 world fine and other games launch fine. Any advice? Or anything? (I'm not the most teck savvy so teck questions gotta be dumbed down)
