So I recently re-installed fallout 4 when I heard there's a new update. I also decided to buy some Creation Club add ons and start a new game. Now when I started Burned on the River quest (to obtain Solar Canon) all goes well until I loot the 'red house' safe, instead of the "Sarge's Note #3" the safe contains random loot. The note in question does not appear and the quest marker always follows my character in the map, suggesting that I should read the note. I tried to skip and checked the next place to go for the quest but it seems I can't complete the quest without note #3 (can't interact with the last safe). Might be a bug brought by the next gen update. Need help please.
