Finished Fallout 3 for the first time in just 10 hours! It's normal?

I finished the game a few minutes ago... It felt very short, too short! I realized I hadn't explored even 1/3 of the map, I just followed the quests (Even the secondaries, but I didn't find many along the way) and I found myself at the end.I started to get suspicious when I saw the final video in which there were NPCs and places that I had never visited, then I checked how long it takes to finish the game on Google on average which said 30h on average... Did I do something wrong? did I bug the game?
