BGS games have always had a bit of a problem with hyper-aggressive or hyper-cowardly npcs, but I swear FO4 made their area of reaction wider. I hate going into Boston with followers because they'll notice a bloat fly on the other side of a collapsed building and start hunting it, only to run face-first into every raider, gunner, and mutant in town.
