I'm curious to hear everyone's take on the progression Ronnie has taken over time toward rap. I highly enjoy his discography and I find it refreshing that artists like Ronnie change things up and do things that might not always be super popular. I definitely understand where some people are a bit disgruntled as they may not like rap and wish he stuck with the older stuff.
I feel Losing My Mind and Popular Monster are stepping stones to this point where Ronnie has fine-tuned his rap-rock combo. Now, it's still a bit raw, but I feel like Ronnie is to a point that he has been trying to get to with this combo of genres.
Do you want to see the album more like the new song?
Do you want a more 50-50 album?
Do you want him to go back to the old days of just rock?
Let me know your thoughts ðŸ’
