I know I could have just played it on game pass but decided I wanted it in digital library. Was skeptical with the steep discount but came out utterly impressed with the whole game.

Coming off of hack and slash type games it was frustrating at first when I ran into the named frog on Bogano. I started dumping everything into survival. But the offense was so rewarding and even more so towards the end.

Using the cracks to load different areas was unique and combined with some of their other transitions brought a nice level of immersion.

Each boss fight had its classic phases and a small learning curve. Most first attempts I was blowing all my stims before P which ended up being okay for one boss.

Special note, clever (re)use of terrain and assets gives new paths to and fro on most necessary visits to all planets.

There's always something to find on a map, but sometimes you can see it and have to advance to access it which was annoying but the best part about taking your time on each map and squeezing out as much as possible is CUSTOMIZING YOUR LIGHTSABER! Seriously quite possibly the best part on the whole game. If there were any aspect to triple down on it would be the lightsaber customizations and options. Hand me my lightsaber, it's the one that says bad mother fucker on it.
