I've found these four things helpful. None of this is new but here they are:
1) Keep all three rhinos in sight as much as possible.
2) When charged by a rhino, diving out of its path can save you at times where running out of its path might not.
3) If next to a rhino, run in the opposite direction that it's turning in.
4) If hit by a rhino, running toward/pushing against the rhino can sometimes prevent being hurled off the map.
These tricks don't work all the time, but they can help. Hope this is useful to someone struggling with this level!
