Hi folks,

Having a bit of a problem here. I just got my PS5 and want to replay CS4 but then it pops up a " cannot load this save data as it contains downloadable contents which has not been installed" bomb on me. Anybody faced the same issue when retrying on a PS5?

A bit of a background, I bought a US copy of CS4, while my main account is Asia. So what I did when I first played it on the PS4 is I downloaded all the DLC using my US account, then switch back to my Asia account and it works like a charm. Did the same thing on my PS5 but it seems there's a problem. So I'm not sure that is still applicable on a PS5.

Already tried uninstall/reinstalling the game and also restore all the licenses but still the same.

Help! I don't want to restart from 0 again. Already put it in 200 hours on those save files. T_T

UPDATE : FIXED IT!!!! God damn I'm so relieved! To those that is having the same issue, one thing you can try is to reset your ps5 back as your primary device. Go to Settings > User and account > others > console sharing. Double check if you already make your ps5 as the primary device. If you already did then try to disable it and enable it back on. It works for me.
