Is anyone able to contact them? I preordered the Trails to Azure special edition months ago, and two weeks ago I got the email that the payment failed. I was given a month to contact them before the order would be canceled entirely. Okay, that’s understandable and more than enough time. I emailed them, expecting it to be a couple days at worst before they got to me. It’s been two weeks. I have emailed them 3 times, replied to them on twitter in their comments, and cannot for the life of me reach a real person. I very desperately want to give them my money, but they are not allowing me to do so. Does anyone here have suggestions or advice for me on how to reach somebody that can help? Or am I out of luck?
