Hi I'm having difficulty with my portal Tv. The main issue is that it won't connect to the internet. Sometimes it does it no problem but a good 50% of the time it tells me that the internet is "disabled". No other devices in the house are having trouble connecting. I've tried all the usual things like turn everything off, moving the router closer (signal strength says "excellent"), foretting the network and re-connecting but nothing seems to work. I just have to give up and try again in a few hours. It's incredibly frustrting.
