how do you allow FB to use your previous FB activity to when recommending you listings?

one day i logged onto FB and it asked me if i wanted to allow personalised listings (based on personal data activity etc) and i accidentally said yes. since then it's been showing me the most random listings in random locations. it's basically useless. how do i fix this?

i think the situation falls under the new EU rules (the option to opt out of algorithmic ranking):

https://www.facebook.com/legal/commerce_ranking

"Where applicable, if a User chooses to not allow us to use their Facebook information to provide their Marketplace experience, then Product Listings will be displayed to Users based on recency, or to the extent a User provided search terms, relevance."

how do you reverse this ?
