Why put things on marketplace if you can't engage in basic dialog required to make a sale?
Post Body

Usually I just lurk around here but today the marketplace is just making me like I'm gonna lose it so I'm just venting here.

I'm trying to buy some car ramps and message the seller saying I want these. When will you be home and where are you located? These two very simple, direct questions are easy to reply to and gives me the necessary info in order to purchase this. Should be easy right?

Wrong. I will spare you the 20 minutes of back and forth with this seller but basically she keeps sending replies that tell me nothing. Like... she's in and out all day today because she has to help her husband with errands and she lives in Oklahoma City....

OK. Hrm. I just messaged back ok well please send your address when you are ready to meet. No reply...

OK I'm done ranting thanks for listening.

UPDATE: Her teenage son messages me out of the blue and provides me the address and everything I need to know to get the ramps. Made no mention of why he was suddenly contacting me - just said hey are you the lady who wants the ramps? Yup. OK well come to this address... I showed up and got my ramps! Yippee! His mother tho... 🤷‍♀️
