Does anyone know why the "friendship" section shows me profiles that don't show up in dating? As far as I know there's not option to choose to just have your profile show up for friendship. I feel like I'm missing out on potential matches because of this.

Also, the friendship tab always has the red notification dot on it, but nobody has "smiled" at me. What's up with that?

And it's super misleading when it says "smile to match" with this person. Makes it sound like they've already smiled at you. Took me a while to figure out that's not the case. I smiled at a bunch of people thinking some women wanted to be friends, and now I feel like a weirdo for "smiling" at them.
