Business Manager is so glitchy

I work for an agency that manages an international franchise. We've been experiencing crazy issues with Facebook due to the size of the business. For example, pages are being unpublished at an increasing rate, we are unable to create new pages on FB or business manager, we're unable to partner certain assets, and so much more. Has anyone been experiencing similar issues? This is a massive client and our Meta reps aren't really assisting.
