(Help😫) posted ad IGstory had no sound?

I posted an ad for Instagram Story trough the Facebook Ads Manager, the vid checks off all the requirements: video with less than 4GB (Mine was only 10.5 MB) and it's only 10 seconds.
I tried reuplading the video, cropping it to recommend aspect.
But for some reason when I publish it, there is no sound??
Please help I’m going crazy!!
