Hey all! I've been trying out facebook ads for my ecommerce clothes store since July and I'm starting to run out of ideas on how to get them profitable. I'm not sure if it's a funnel problem or not. We get a decent amount of traffic. All these metrics are from December. CTR on my traffic ads (TOF) are 5.88 (cold targets) and 5.07 (lookalike audience), CPC are .11 and .12. I run a retarget ad for website visitors (purchase conversion campaign for MOF). CTR is 1.57, CPC 1.20 and ROA of 1.11. BOF i run a dynamic retarget ad (purchase conversion campaign) for viewed product and ATC. CTR is 3.99 and CPC is .81 with a ROA of .58. If I remember correctly, my traffic ads are strictly facebook feeds while retargeting is IG and FB.
Am I utilizing ads correctly based on funnel position? My conversion rate isn't very good and since running the ads in July, I've spend a little over $8000 and that's a little less then what I've brought in. I don't know if this is pandemic related or bad marketing on my part. I'm not sure if I'm wasting my time with a LAA traffic ad if the audience that shows up to my site aren't purchasing further down the funnel. Any help would much be appreciated. Thanks!
