Will new verified account be linked to my old ad restrcited account?

I got banned from ads in 2017 unfortunately and at that point I switched to Google ads.

I have recently opened a new account on a new device unconnected to anything that my old account has logged in as. I want to use it for selling on FB Marketplace as I would like to boost certain listings. My question is - will Facebook link the two accounts by facial recognition? What will happen? Will it ban my new account from ads as well? Will it disable my old account totally when it realises that I have a new verified one?
