Looking for help with construction business

My buddy runs a countertop business (quartz, granite, marble etc.) and he's asked me to help him grow with Meta ads for a very decent commission. I understand the concept of Meta ads, but am a pretty much a newbie.
Anyone with actual experience in a similar field that would be able to give me some direction and share some FREE, NO STRINGS ATTACHED resources (if possible).
