CAPI implementation

Curious the group think on this. I’m looking at implement a full CAPI on a site but with a lot of sensitivity to privacy.
Anyone have any thoughts on which parameters to exclude to make what’s scraped in the hash less personal?
My thinking is the obvious: Name Gender Ip
Am I just being over cautious and should scrape everything? The goal is to remarked and make better look a likes.
