Hi, I’m not sure if I’m in the wrong place or not but worth a try. Ive been trying to change my ads account on instagram. I am trying to switch from auto billing to pre-paid. However Facebook says an ads account payment type can’t be changed, and I’d need to create a new pre-paid ads account.

I went ahead and did that, and I put in as an asset in ads manager. However when I go to ads payment, and I try to change the ads account, it doesn’t show the new ads account. I am unable to change the current ads account in instagram. I have followed every tutorial and can’t seem to make it work. I’m support to see a drop down menu to choose the ads account but it’s not working, even after connecting it as an asset in ads manager. Please help
