FX3 and Ninja V framerate bug

Has anyone else experienced this bug where you cannot get the Ninja V to record HD25 despite setting everything correctly on the FX3? I can get it to do 4K25p, but as soon as recording HD it insists on 50p. I have an FX6 with the Ninja V and don't experience this...
Could this be a firmware issue? Better to update/downgrade the firmware on the FX3 or the Ninja V?
