This may sound like a dumb question...But can my pronouns be he/him if I'm fairly fem?

For context I'm not medically transitioning at all, but he/him pronouns make me feel powerful. But I still do like a lot of fem things and its hard to wonder if I'm just another set of pronouns too. I feel like I'm living a lie and that my true self is somewhere hidden in a trench coat and I'm just pretending to be a he/him. But he/him pronouns feel like home. If rock stars can get away with long hair and makeup and he/him pronouns, why can't I?
