Face masculinization surgery

I'm considering face masculanization surgery because while I pass pretty well after 3 years on T my jaw is still very tiny and short, even with facial hair it looks off. Has anyone else on here ever gotten this? Is it at all covered by any insurance or is it, as I assume, considered too cosmetic? How much does it cost on average, obviously every surgeon has different costs and experiences. Anything you can tell me would be appreciated thanks
