I got top surgery but am not on testosterone, am I still considered a pre-transiton trans man?

Had a moment with my spouse where we were discussing whether or not I was pre transition or not. She said I got the big surgery so I'm not, but I told her I'm not on T and don't really pass as a man, rather a flat chested woman, so I still think I kind of am? Lmk what you think
