Well my pops called me his son yesterday while moving me from my old country 1920s house to my new apartment in town. (My parents flew into town just to help.) I just smiled and grabbed some more boxes to move! He even gave me an affirming pat on the shoulder. Then called me by my chosen name! It’s been almost 2 years since coming out, and I started to think he gave up, because even when we see each other they never call me son, or anything masculine. They usually use my given name and no specific pronoun but NO HE DID IT! I could do a backflip, just wanted to celebrate with the guys! Cheers m8s!
