Yeah, things do absolutely suck ass in Florida. The situation isn't good, but if I see one more person not from here tell people to leave like it's just that easy I'm going to lose it. People here want help and resources not for you to tell them to leave or else get killed. It just makes me so mad that people act like it's so easy to just leave. People can't leave for a wide variety of reasons, and those people should be given help and resources. It's not exactly easy to move states for so many people. I currently can't leave the state, along with many others. I feel like trans Floridians are being left in the dust by people in other states honestly. Like I have barely seen anyone offer any sort of help to us other than telling us to leave and it's frustrating. I'm not entirely sure where I'm going with this but the situation already sucks and seeing people tell us to just leave without offering any other forms of support is frankly just disheartening and it feels like people in blue states are abandoning us.

Edit: I do think those with the ability and desire to leave should, this post was me venting my frustration about seeing posts of people who can't leave and are asking for help or resources and instead it's flooded with people telling them to leave
