I’m 4 weeks post op DI. Prior to surgery I was doing a lot of calisthenics, agility training, HIIT and weight training with dumbbells and a barbell. The weights I used ranged from 5 to 10 lbs for dumbbells and max 50 lbs for barbell which is fairly light opposed to what I lift when I go to the gym. A good work out always kept me level headed and now that I can’t I’m sad, mad, bored, and demotivated. I’m used to doing a few push ups to combat those feelings but now all I do is over eat when I know I’m not hungry. I’m wondering if I can do anything besides walk at this point (light cardio without using your arms)? Because that sucks lol
