hey folks! i’m post op, 2 years on T. my family is full of people who are incredibly unhealthy in the sense that they work out too much are underweight. because of this, i’ve lived my life on the opposite end of that spectrum. i eat pretty much whatever i want, though i don’t eat a lot of junk food or anything like that. i’m an amateur boxer, but my gym is closed due to the pandemic, and i don’t have any equipment at home. i’m pretty strong already, but i’m looking for exercises that will improve strength and muscle tone, and that will help me drop a little weight (this is a secondary goal). preferably things that require no equipment that i can do at home. i’m looking to build maybe a 15-20 minute daily routine to start with, and then maybe increase from there depending on how i’m doing. as of now, i’m 5 foot 4, 200lbs. let me know if you have questions! i appreciate anyone who can offer their thoughts.
