Alright, y’all, I need some peer support …
I heard that it’s good for top surgery to have some chest muscle definition: I’m wondering though, does the surgeon have to see the pec muscles or does it only matter that it’s there… underneath all that tissue lol so they can sculp the skin to it?
I see these FTM guys having mad pecs pre OP and I don’t understand how they got there… when bulking, my chest gained massively in fat, which makes me very dysphoric because I’m pre OP. So I stop and start shredding down so my binder fits again. That does inhibit my chest muscle growth though. I feel like I’m running in circles.
How do I get chest muscle definition without making myself dysphoric when building muscle on a calorie surplus…? Any pointers? Thanks!
