So this one is a bit of a doozy.

Ive been medically transitionning for almost 11 years. Got top surgery 1.5 years ago. Ive never been a very active person (sports arent my jam) but im realizing more and more I need to do some exercise. Ive been diagnosed with long covid and combined with my fibromyalgia, it makes it really hard to do any exercise. I get winded just going up a flight of stairs and then need 3-5 business days to recover lol. My hypermobility means i get sprains and joint pain almost immediately when doing a few reps of something. And my ADHD makes it hard to keep up with routines. (I know it just sounds like im making excuses, but this is the reality of what im experiencing on a day to day). In the last couple months, ive needed to go up a couple pants size. Im not eating horribly (i am mindful of what i eat).

Ive been walking almost every day, averaging around 7000-12000 steps. I try to do some stretching. Ive tried in the past workout apps or workout videos on youtube. I adapted the exercises to my level and needs so i dont injure myself but it never stuck. I try things that are fun for me to keep myself motivated. Ive considered signing up to a class but because of irregular energy levels, it makes it hard to predict if ill be able to go to class. Gyms are really really really not my jam.

I guess im wondering if anyone also experiences this and has any tips. I just want to feel better in my body.

Thanks for your help 💛
