Hey everyone lets give a warm welcome to our newest member of the moderation team, /u/hockeychick44! If you're at all active on this sub, you've run into /u/hockeychick44, who's been happy to answer questions as an SES and IAD report judge as well as an FSAE Michigan volunteer. u/hockeychick44 will be heading up a new "tech talks" and AMA series which we're all excited to announce once it's ready.

/u/hockeychick44 also moderates the "Formula Student/FSAE World" and "FSAE Advice and Support" Facebook groups and write short "How to FSAE and Project Management" posts, so be sure to check them out if you want to reach other teams and learn from the discussions that occur there!

Enough from me, here's a bit from your new mod!

I graduated with a BSME from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016. In addition, I was the captain of the 2015-2016 Pitt FSAE team. I'm a big proponent of "be the change you want to see in the world" so I try my best to make the competition better. I've seen a lot of good and bad in my 3 years as a competitor and now 2 years as a volunteer so I'm hoping my presence here will spread that influence.
