I hope teams are doing well and making sufficient progress towards successfully competing with their cars in May.
If your team is not in that situation, please be aware that you have less than a week to drop from competition such that a team who is ready and on the waitlist can participate. Please make a decision this week and contact SAE ASAP if you choose to drop from competition. While it's a difficult decision to choose to drop, you do benefit the competition when you make the decision a month out versus the week-of.
Students from dropped teams may still attend competition as spectators or volunteers in certain roles. It can be incredibly beneficial for the team to participate in competition activities despite not having a car on site.
Don't forget, Cost Reports are due 4/17.
