The Design Spec Sheet and Design Review Briefing are due April 03 2023 (May) or May 03 (June) at 11:59:59PM EST. Failure to submit in 5 days or less from the deadline will result in removal of the team. Removals will take place after each Document Submission deadline, and teams have already been knocked off for SES non-submission.

The Cost Report is due on April 17 2023 (May) or May 15 (June) at 11:59:59PM EST. Failure to submit the report in 5 days or less results in significant penalties to the team up to official discretion.

If there are teams out there who are struggling to a point where it's looking like your participation in the event is unlikely, please do the kind thing and drop from the event such that a more-prepared team can participate from the waitlist. For FSAE May, teams should evaluate their competition-readiness 6 weeks before the event (April 1). In the past, the waitlist has closed 30 days before the event. Please do the right thing and bow out if the team is not looking to be successful.
