Veteran teams ordering an additional rookie KoP

Hi everyone,

Over the year we've heard about veteran teams being able to obtain a brand new rookie KoP containing the control system and motors etc. (For a practice robot kinda thing) that a rookie team would receive in their first year. Is there an opt in process we must go through to order this for the upcoming season, or how would my team go around adding this option (if it truly exists)? We've emailed FIRST and received a somewhat vague answer.

We'd very much appreciate any help we can get with this.
