Hey gang.
I accepted a position as an SFA for a SaaS company. I worked for another SaaS company a few years back as an SFA so it’s not completely new. But I have done other unrelated work and in anticipation for my first day I would like to review some key concepts.
I still am savvy with the common KPIs (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV etc.)
but more in-depth videos / articles would be appreciated. I found some stuff on my own accord but I'm sure there are more in depth resources I have yet to discover.
