Hey noticed a lot of FP&A people here at PE-backed companies so I figure some of you are at a Thoma Bravo/Vista Equity partners portco
I just wanted to understand is there anything special about FP&A at one of these portcos? Because they are the largest PE firms, does that translate into the quality of the company & Finance team?
If you could rate 5 stars for the best FP&A function and 1 star for worse would be helpful. Also if you've worked at one of their portcos, would like to get your thoughts on your experience.
