Does the concept of aim training on a higher sens than what you play on also apply for faster mousepads?

Recently got both an Aqua Control 2 (for faster paced FPS games that I play) and a LGG Saturn Pro specifically for Valorant (I figured the Aqua Control 2 would be too fast for Valorant for me and I was right).

I was just wondering, if I’m aim training specifically for Tac FPS, would using my AC2 instead of my Saturn Pro have a similar affect of aim training on a higher sens than what I play on in game? Or should I simply just use the Saturn Pro and raise my Kovaak’s sens instead?
