Sens Guides?

Is there any sens guides on trying to find a sens? I know there isn't a perfect sens for everyone. But im kinda looking for guides that could help me aim better. Currently playing Apex as my main fps. Using a G303 and GSR pad. Also I'm having issues on mouse control one day I can control my mouse then the next day I struggle its weird even with mouse accel off in windows. Probably cause I'm on 1600 dpi with a polling rate of 1000Hz. Any advice or link to guides for a beginner?
