How can I tell which meal (i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner) gave me the symptoms?
Post Body

Very new to the the low FODMAP diet, about to start keeping a food log & diary. I'm curious if there are best practices or standards to knowing which meal (and therefore ingredients) gave me the gas, bloating, fiery poops, etc. (sorry for the graphics, ha)?

For example, if I have painful gas at 11 am, is it safe to assume something I ate for breakfast caused it? Or should I be looking at what I had for dinner the previous night? I know it's likely different for everyone based on metabolism and digestion speeds.... but are there any starting points I can look at? Food seems to move through me VERY quickly so it's just tough to pinpoint what's causing the discomfort :/

Any advice would be most appreciated!
