Official list of foods
Post Body
Hey,
Just realized bananas and spring onion is on the naughty list 😠Have to start again now!
Is there an official up to date list of what not to eat, what are low FODMAP foods and what foods are FODMAP free, preferably with portion size for the low FODMAP foods so I can figure out stacking.
I'm currently using ibsdiets.org but it doesn't always state portion sizes (like cucumber for example, which I thought would have been FODMAP free 🤔)
Cheers
