The majority of the time when I wake up and try to go to the bathroom, my intestines feel like they're not "awkake" and do not have enough energy to work right away. Because of this I'm not able to have a bowl movement (or at least a full one) whenever I wake up. And because of if this, sometimes after I shower I feel like I have to go to the bathroom and I absolutely hate that.
I've explained this to a couple of GI doctors and their answers were more or less "everyone's digestive track is different, there is nothing abnormal about this, etc"
Does anyone have this issue? Or know of anything that can help have a bowel movement when when you wake up?
Thank you!
