Is homemade Meat Stock Low Fodmaps?

I've been battling with Methane overgrowth and SIBO for a year now. I read the GAPs book and just started making the GAPs meat stock with just beef, bone marrow, salt, and water.
My concern is that I read a few comments around the internet of people mentioning that beef stock is high in glycoaminoglycans "GAGs" which is supposedly high in fodmaps?
Is this true? If so, would consuming meat stock make my SIBO worse if I'm feeding the overgrowth with this?
