Full conversion to nocturnals from sneak sniper. Suggestions on perks.

With the coming change to nocturnal and some personal testing it find the effect to be highly underrated. So much so that I’ve stockpiled enough nocturnal weapons to arm a small army of night owls.

I think it have a rough idea of what perks to grab. But since there are no true nocturnal builds out there and the ones that are there are just troll builds. Anyone have any ideas as to what to pick up?

I’m keeping the chem free addiction perks and extension perks to keep my damage up when needed. As well avoid any down time from said addictions. But I’d wager that adding on stuff to sneak sniper wouldn’t be too much of a problem.
